이 스크리브너 테마는 스크리브너3 Window판 테마입니다. 힌두교와 탄트라 불교 전통에서 일컫는 ‘차크라 시스템’에서 영감을 받았습니다.

‘차크라Chakra’는 ‘바퀴’라는 뜻을 가진 산스크리트어로서 우리 몸의 에너지 중심입니다. 전통에 따라 세부 의견은 다르지만, 요즈음 요가 수행에서는 흔히 일곱 개의 에너지 중심점(=차크라)을 언급합니다. 각 차크라는 특정한 기능과 의미를 지니며, 이는 정신적․육체적 측면에서 다양한 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.

 

특히 다섯 번째 차크라인 ‘비슈다(Vishuddha)’ 차크라는 인후(목)에 위치하며 창의성․자기표현과 관련됩니다. 균형을 이루지 못하면 어깨나 목 통증을 느끼고 자기표현에 어려움을 겪는다고 합니다. 이 차크라는 푸른색을 띠어요.

 

작가로서 키보드를 자주 쓴다면 어깨 통증과 함께 사는 경우가 많습니다. 또, 창의성과 표현력은 글쓰기에 필수죠. 그러니 비슈다 차크라에 균형과 힘을 불어넣는 이 푸른색 테마가 도움이 될 것입니다.

스크리브너3 윈도우판은 바인더의 트리뷰 표시가 희미해서 시인성이 낮습니다. 그래서 제가 만드는 모든 테마는 바인더 영역의 트리뷰 화살표가 교체되어 있어요. 제가 만드는 테마를 처음 받아 보신다면 아래의 zip파일을 다운 받아서 스크리브너 설치 폴더 아래에 붙여놓아 주세요. 그러지 않으시면 바인더의 폴더 구조를 나타내는 트리뷰 화살표가 아예 사라집니다.

스크리브너를 설치할 때 따로 경로를 변경하지 않으셨다면 C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\에 스크리브너가 깔려 있습니다.

그러니까, 아래 파일을 다운 받아 압축을 해제하시면 icons 폴더가 나오는데 이것을 C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\에 붙여놓으시면 됩니다. 붙여놓으시고 나면 C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\icons\개별파일.svg 상태가 되겠지요.

 

For Scrivener 3 on Windows, the visibility of the tree view arrows in the binder is not good, which affects overall visibility.  Consequently, all the themes I create include replacement tree view arrows for the binder section.  If you’re downloading my theme for the first time, please download the zip file below and paste it into the installation folder of Scrivener 3.  Otherwise, the tree view arrows representing the folder structure in the binder will disappear completely.

Assuming you haven’t changed the installation path for Scrivener 3, it should be located at C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\.  So, after downloading and extracting the file below, you’ll find an ‘icons’ folder.  Paste this folder into C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\.  As a result, the path to the 'icons' folder and the individual file would be C:\Program Files\Scrivener3\icons\individual-file.svg.

This Scrivener theme is for the Scrivener 3 Windows version. It is inspired by the ‘Chakra system,’ which is referenced in Hindu and tantric Buddhist traditions.

 

‘Chakra’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘wheel’—the center of our body energy. While detailed opinions vary across traditions, modern yoga practice often recognizes seven energy centers(chakras). Each chakra has specific functions and meanings, which can have various mental and physical effects.

 

In particular, the fifth chakra, known as ‘Vishuddha,’ is located in the throat region and is associated with creativity and self-expression. It is said that if you are out of balance, you may experience shoulder or neck pain and have difficulty expressing yourself. Vishuddha chakra is typically associated with the color blue.

 

As a writer who frequently uses keyboards, you might often experience shoulder pain. Additionally, creativity and expressive power are crucial for writing. Therefore, this blue theme, which aims to bring balance and strength to the Vishuddha chakra, could be beneficial.
